Panjabi kadhi with dhokali

Ingredients:

For kadhi
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp besan
1 tej leaf
3 cloves
1 stick cinamon
1 tsp ginger paste
salt
2 tbsp chopped coriander green

For dhokali
(Flours to add together;
rice, quinoa, amaranth, roasted chick peas)
1 tbsp kasuri methi
saunf powder
1 tsp dhana powder
salt
little red chili powder

for tadka
4 tsp oil
mustard seeds, jeera, asafetida, curry leaves 10-12, turmeric, red chilli

Method
In a pot, beat yogurt, water, ginger paste, besan, salt and pinch of asafetida.
Then add cloves and cinamon stick and keep the pot on low heat. Stir it occasionally while bloiling. Once it starts bloiling, add chopped coriander green.
